Return policy

We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.

We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and we will waive all restocking fees.Any supplement orders delivered through Fullscript, must be shipped back to Fullscript. Return processing times

Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
