Return policy
We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 30 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.
We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and we will waive all restocking fees.
Contact our customer service either through our Contact us page on the website or by emailing shop@wellkasa.com. If your return is compliant to this return policy, our customer service shall issue you an RMA number and return shipping address within 48 hours. If we provide you an RMA number, you must clearly write this RMA number on the outside of the return shipment to ensure successful processing your refund.
Return processing times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
Payment refunds
The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Product guarantee
We guarantee our products for at least 90 days or for as long as the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren't distributed.
Tip! Some brands print manufactured-by dates (MFG) on their bottles instead of expiry dates. If you're concerned about a date presented on products you've received, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team who can confirm the date form (manufactured or expiry date) on your behalf!

Satisfaction guarantee
YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective immediately. If you purchased a monthly subscription, any cancellation must occur 48 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid any further charges. If you purchased an annual subscription plan, and you cancel your subscription within the 12 month period, you will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the remaining months left on your subscription. For annual subscriptions, you will get a 100% refund if you cancel within 15 days of your purchase. After 15 days from purchase, you will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the remaining months left on your subscription. For example, you will get 11 months subscription price paid credit if you cancel on day 16 after purchase.
Any refund is at the Company’s sole discretion.
