Return policy

We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 60 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.

We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and we will waive all restocking fees.Any supplement orders delivered through Fullscript, must be shipped back to Fullscript. Contact our customer service either through our Contact us page on the website or by emailing Wellkasa customer service at shop@wellkasa.com.  If your return is compliant to this return policy, our customer service shall provide you with a return shipping address within 48 hours. Return processing times
