Your subtotal must be $50 or more after discounts and before additional shipping fees and taxes to qualify for free shipping. If eligible, the shipping fee is discounted automatically.

Priority and overnight orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM EST are typically shipped same-day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

Overnight shipping is currently unavailable until we're confident delivery estimates can be met in all serviceable areas.

Note 1: Orders placed with our standard delivery method (delivery in 5-8 business days) before the order cutoff aren't guaranteed to ship same-day but will ship in time to arrive within the delivery window. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will arrive in 10-13 business days. 

Note 2: Orders associated with single product purchases in quantities larger than 10 units per SKU, shall be delivered in multiple shipments with each shipment containing no more than 10 units of each SKU. 

Cancellations

Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we're often unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted.

Returns

If you need to return any products you have purchased from Wellkasa and delivered by Fullscript, give us a call or email us and we will get the process started.

The products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any heat-sensitive products for return. See Return Policy for more information.

Damages and mispicked products

If your package arrives damaged or includes product(s) you didn't order, save the original box and all of its contents, and contact us immediately with your order number. We will remedy the situation as soon as possible.

Heat-sensitive products

Certain products are heat-sensitive, such as probiotics and fish oils. These items can be perishable and are not eligible for return or refund. Some of our heat-sensitive products will be shipped with an ice pack that may arrive warm, but don't be alarmed. The pack usually stays cooler than outside conditions and continues to help keep your heat-sensitive product cooler, even after it melts.

For even more stability during the summer or when shipping to a warmer climate, we offer priority shipping (arrival in 1-3 business days) to get products to you as quickly as possible.

While these products may be labeled as heat-sensitive, they are not heat-intolerant. Probiotics are often made to compensate for any bacteria losses during transit. This is to ensure the product you receive is every bit as effective despite any temperature changes.

All digital products shall be delivered to you electronically either through automated account creation and confirmation or through a follow up email communication providing you a secure access link to your digital product.
