Return policy

Vitamins & Supplements: Un-opened and not heat sensitive products

We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 60 days that are unopened and are not heat-sensitive. We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for your purchase price including taxes and shipping you may have paid when your return is processed. We will also waive all restocking fees.

Vitamins & Supplements: Defective products

If you receive a defective supplement product (broken bottle, broken seal or any other damage or defect signs which will materially impact the product consumption or use), please notify us of this defect within 30 days of purchase. Upon your notification, we may request you to provide pictures or other proof of defect or damage. In situations where we request you to ship the defective product(s) back to us, we will provide a return shipping label. For defective or damaged products, based on your choice, we will either send you replacement product(s) free of cost to you or issue a full refund for your purchase price including taxes and shipping you may have paid when your return is processed and we will waive all restocking fees.

Wellness Technology Subscriptions 

YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. If you cancel your wellness technology subscription within 60 days of purchase, we will issue you a full refund of your purchase, you will not be billed again and you will have access to your subscription till the last day of subscription linked to your purchase. If you cancel your subscription after 60 days of purchase, we will cancel your subscription, you will not be billed again and you will have access to your subscription till the last day of subscription linked to your purchase.

Return Window 

60 day return window is measured in calendar days with day 0 being the day of purchase. For example: If you placed an order on August 1st, you can notify us of your intent to return by September 30th. 

Contact our customer service either through our Contact us page on the website or by emailing shop@wellkasa.com. If your return is compliant to this return policy, our customer service shall provide you the return shipping address within 48 hours. 

Return processing times

Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.

Payment refunds

The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
