Return policy

We're happy to accept returns for products purchased in the last 60 days that are unopened and aren't heat-sensitive.

We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns. However, we will issue a full refund for the product cost when your return is processed and we will waive all restocking fees.Any supplement orders delivered through Fullscript, must be shipped back to Fullscript. Contact our customer service either through our Contact us page on the website or by emailing Wellkasa customer service at shop@wellkasa.com.  If your return is compliant to this return policy, our customer service shall provide you with a return shipping address within 48 hours. If we provide you with an RMA number, you must clearly write this RMA number on the outside of the return shipment to ensure successful processing your refund.

Return processing times

Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied. This can take 1-3 weeks once the item is received at the warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.

Payment refunds

The refund will be applied to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your card provider or financial institution, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
